Change can happen in two ways:
it can arise from shifts in our external circumstances or it can stem from our decision to “see things differently”.
Every problem is the seed of a greater life—one that is healthier, easier, and happier.
Through her personal life-altering experiences, Roula shares insights that serve as a compass for navigating life’s challenges.

Practical tools are provided to help readers not only survive but thrive during uncomfortable moments.
This book serves as a comprehensive guide to navigate the complexities of their journey by choosing new narratives that redefine happiness as an internal state, independent of external circumstances.
Ultimately, it inspires readers to appreciate discomfort as a catalyst for transformation and fulfillment.
Change is an integral part of life’s growth process and an inalienable human right.
Embracing change is fundamentally about discovering freedom
“The inspiration behind writing my book is deeply rooted in my personal experiences and transformative journey. This exploration not only shaped my understanding of change but also motivated me to share my insights through writing. My first book, originally published in Greek and now in its second edition, has paved the way for this new release in English.
I am excited to present this work to a broader audience, hoping to inspire others to embrace change as a valuable gift in their lives, allowing them to embrace life’s uncertainties with curiosity and resilience.
As I crafted the narrative, I found myself reflecting on the various ways we resist change and how that resistance can trap us in cycles of dissatisfaction.
I realized that often, we link our happiness to external factors—waiting for others to change or for circumstances to improve before we allow ourselves to feel joy.
This realization was a pivotal moment for me; it highlighted the importance of taking responsibility for our own happiness. “
I learned that embracing change is not just about reacting to external events but about making conscious choices that align with
