Voice shapes how we lead, how we love, how we relate \u2014 and how we show up on stage, in business, and in life.<\/p>\n
In my work, I explore the connection between voice, intimacy, authenticity, leadership, emotional repression, embodiment, human connection, relationships and physical health.<\/p>\n<\/div>

<\/div><\/div><\/div>Over the last 20 years, my work has taken many forms: working privately with clients around the world, facilitating workshops and retreats internationally, co-creating festivals, contributing to media and radio, and helping individuals reconnect with their authentic voice and presence.<\/p>\n
I have worked with individuals, couples, and professionals at defining moments \u2014 transitions, loss, relationship challenges, professional crises, and the persistent feeling of being stuck.<\/p>\n
As a transformation coach, energy therapist, and mediator with a background in bodywork, I work at the intersection of mind, body, and behaviour \u2014 reaching patterns that conventional approaches often miss. I work globally, helping people move beyond what holds them back and express themselves with clarity, confidence, and alignment.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Her international presence allows her to connect with diverse groups, enriching her practice and enhancing the experiences of her clients.<\/p>\n
A distinctive feature of Roula\u2019s practice is her deep connection to the body, which she has cultivated over 20 years through trainings in Reiki, energy work, healing massage, and bodywork under esteemed teachers in Thailand and in Greece. Although she no longer offers massage, this foundational experience continues to enrich her approach.<\/p>\n
